The rim is very nice with awesome color and grain. The rim has no cracks through it and I see no repairs or modifications to this wheel. The rim has some small nicks and flaws. There are a few tiny splits on the backside where the spokes meet the rim which are truly minor and will not be seen when installed.

The chrome ring on the outer diameter of the wheel is intact and not loose on the rim like many you will seen. The stainless spokes are in good shape with great shine and no breaks or repairs.

The wheel is not bent or bowed and lays on a flat surface without wobbling. These original wheels were fairly rare when new. Finding one in this condition today is a very difficult task.
